New Hampshire Homeless Management Information System

CSCNH operates the New Hampshire Homeless Management Information System (NH-HMIS).  NH-HMIS is an on-line collaborative database utilized by New Hampshire homeless service providers. NHHH provides information and referral services to New Hampshire residents who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless.
