Community Services Council of New Hampshire (CSCNH) is a private nonprofit organization with more than 35 years of experience providing quality resources, support and direct services to individuals and families.  Founded in1970, CSCNH has grown into a statewide multi-service agency offering day and residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injury; community-based adult foster care; programs to prevent homelessness, including a statewide Homeless Hotline; “Community Care Choices”, which provides in-home personal care services; and Beacon Landing Adult Day Program.
